Last Night's Training Update

In last night's post, I said that during my parkour training, I wanted to practice human flags and I didn't know what else I would do. Well, I definitely do practice human flags. I unfortunately did not do much else.
Last night was a weird night. It was one of those times when you want to do a lot of things when you train, but you just aren't feeling any of it. I really hate it when that happens. I still practiced human flags, and man is it painful holding it! I can feel that I am getting better though. It hurts after, but it feels so good that I can almost just grab the bar, get in position, push and pull and hold my feet of the ground almost immediately.

I cannot go very high yet, my feet are only an inch or two off the ground, but every time I do it, it feels better! I really have to remember to practice these every time I train. That's at least three times a week pretty much, so that's good.

Other than that, I did d some other stuff. I practiced some of my vaults, which are constantly getting better. I got to train and talk with a few of my friends, and later on I had some really good conversation with a couple of them. I did a few handstands, which are one of my favorite things to do! Rolls. Not much else. Oh, later on I went and just practiced balance, which is important of course. One of my friends told me that when you feel like I did last night, it's still important that you train something. Even if it's basic or light training, you should do something because that's better than nothing.

I guess that's really it for now. I will be training tomorrow again, so I will post tomorrow and possibly Friday.
