I apologize for this post coming out kinda late. So last night, the 22nd of March, I trained again (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are my training days) and what I did was work on a specific line that my friend actually thought of.
So last night, I said that I had an idea I wanted to try during my parkour training. You can read about that here.In class, we actually did something very similar. Strange how that works, huh? What we worked on was footing for things like wall runs, tacs and turning corners efficiently.
Well, I said that I would be training again tonight, and right now I already feel good for it! Definitely much better than Tuesday! I will have a class tonight, in which I hope that we get to do some weird things! Because weird is good. Makes you think more.
In last night's post, I said that during my parkour training, I wanted to practice human flags and I didn't know what else I would do. Well, I definitely do practice human flags. I unfortunately did not do much else.
Well, tonight I will be training again and one thing for sure that I want to do tonight is the human flag. Human flags, if you don't know, are where you hold on to a bar (or other surface) and lift your body up sideways so that it is horizontal in the air.
Welcome to my first post on my parkour blog! I wanted to start this blog as a kind of journal about my parkour training. So, since I trained today, I thought I would start by talking about a specific skill that I played around with today, which were cartwheels!
